Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to limited capacity and advance venue/material costs, tickets for ArtClub events are non-refundable.

If you can no longer attend, please contact us as soon as possible and we will always do our best to help where we can, but transfers or credits are not guaranteed.

No transfers, credits or refunds are available for cancellations made after 9pm on the evening before the event.

If an event is cancelled by ArtClub, customers will be offered either:

• a full refund, or

• the option to transfer to another event.

Please ensure you are available to attend before booking, as spaces are reserved specifically for each guest.
